There are several advantages when using the showing request form:
- Several people receive your showing request. Often our seller or tenant of a home receives the request to let us know if the showing time you requested is available. Various team members of The Louie Ortiz Group also receive your showing request so that we can schedule and confirm your appointment quickly.
- Once we receive your request, we can also email you lockbox information, gate codes, special showing instructions (like pets), feature or upgrade pages of the listing, drawings or floor plans, recent offer history, items important to the seller, information about the property not included in the mls, etc.
- Since the showing form goes to so many people on our team, it is quicker than calling to schedule a showing. Often our seller or tenant may have already received the showing request before we contact them. Image if an agent called to show, then someone from our team would call the seller or tenant, then call the agent back. How many times have you played phone tag when trying to schedule when so many people are involved. The form eliminates this scheduling issue and provides you the information quicker.
- We are able to quickly update you via email about the property if there is a price change, offer received, change of listing status, etc.
