Sylvie Grodman grew up in Arizona, spending time in Flagstaff, Tucson, and Scottsdale before moving to San Diego. She studied Economics at the Eller College of Management and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Arizona with a minor in Communication.
Sylvie worked as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter and coordinator for one of the largest healthcare service companies with over 200 offices in 40 states and managed a team of 8 recruiters. In her role she managed human resources concerns for up to 75 employees at a time including onboarding new hires, coordinating benefits, and acted as a liaison for employee concerns.
Sylvie also has worked at Sotheby’s International Realty as a marketing coordinator where she managed social media, marketing materials and analyzed listings in multiple listing service databases.
Sylvie has spent an extensive amount of time living and traveling around the world, where she was able to better her interpersonal communication skills and expand her knowledge of other cultural perspectives.
As the Director of Operations for the Louie Ortiz Group, Sylvie uses her skills in digital marketing, relationship management, and HR to support and grow and help clients and real estate agents of The Louie Ortiz Group. Sylvie’s strong organizational and leadership skills help her oversee an exceptional team. She enjoys working with clients and agents to provide personalized and successful results for our client’s real estate needs.
